Growzen — AI-Powered Commerce SaaS for African Sellers
A multi-tenant SaaS that lets African e-commerce sellers run order management, WhatsApp broadcasts, payments and an embedded AI assistant from a single dashboard. Laravel 12 + Vue 3 + Inertia + OpenAI.

The brief
African SMEs were drowning in tools — WhatsApp for orders, Excel for inventory, a separate payment link for each customer. Growzen needed a single platform where a seller could run the entire business from one tab.
What I led
The multi-tenant architecture with strict row-level isolation. The Inertia.js + Vue 3 frontend pattern that gives an SPA feel without the SPA pain. The WhatsApp Cloud API integration with retry and rate-limit handling. The embedded GPT-4o assistant scoped to each seller’s data.

growzenapp.com. Onboarding sellers across Nigeria. Proves the thesis — a single Lagos engineering team can ship a SaaS product feature-competitive with anything coming out of Shopify-adjacent ecosystems, built natively for the African seller.
