How to engage me

Four ways to work with me.

Software project delivery via Gsoft. Fractional CTO. AI consulting. Speaking and teaching. Each route fits a different shape of need.

Software project delivery (via Gsoft)

For substantial software builds — fintech apps, government platforms, multi-tenant SaaS, AI features — I deliver through Gsoft Interactive Systems, the engineering firm I founded in 2017.

The engagement model is fixed-price after a paid discovery week, with milestone billing thereafter. The discovery fee is deductible from the build cost. Typical projects run 12 to 32 weeks. Pricing scales with scope — small MVPs from ₦5–10M, mid-tier SaaS from ₦15–25M, production fintech-grade from ₦35M+.

Fractional CTO & advisory

For startups and growing companies needing senior technology leadership without a full-time hire. You get me — not a junior pretending to be a CTO. Monthly retainer, defined scope, clear deliverables.

Typical engagements: technical roadmap, architecture review, hiring strategy, vendor selection, AI strategy, board-level technology reporting. I take at most two fractional engagements at a time, so the slots fill quickly.

AI consulting & strategy

For founders, executives, and government agencies deploying production AI. I run scoped engagements from feasibility studies through to embedded AI feature design — built on real production experience, not slideware.

I've shipped AI features at Gsoft (the Rivers State HoA platform's legislative search), at Every27 (the AI-powered accounting assistant), and across client projects. I'll tell you what's realistic, what isn't, and what to build first.

How a first conversation goes

  1. You book a 30-minute call.
  2. We talk through what you're building, who it's for, what's bounded, what isn't.
  3. Within 48 hours of the call, you get a written proposal — fixed price for fixed scope, T&M shape for evolving work, or "this isn't a fit" with a clean explanation.
  4. If we move forward, the work starts the following week.
